You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ExStone Commercial Insurance Services, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:
